If you describe a person as jovial, you mean that they are happy and behave in a cheerful way.  This photo was taken on a vacation to Lake Travis in Texas back in 2020.  I love the story of the fun and excitement the girls had as they were tubing. There is no doubt they were happy and feeling very jovial that day!
