Today we are going to shoot through the open of something. It's a fun way to practice depth of field. The aperture setting you choose will help control the blur and sharpness of your image.
Depth of Field Tip:
Lower f-stop = less in focus / blurry background
Higher f-stop = more In focus / sharper background
With the prompt photo, I shot from above a jar with a low f-stop and set my focal point inside which is why only the shells are in sharp focus.
