I just happened to purchase a beautiful black lamp which just happened to have a beautiful bright white bulb recently which was a perfect luminous black and white photo today. I played around with my exposure in camera while I took this and finally got the contrast I liked. Settings to achieve this look were f/11, 1/100, ISO-800.
