Day 66
Picture Style
Street Photography

Choice

Street photography records everyday life in a public place and usually involves the taking of candid photographs of strangers.  This week our goal is to include street photography in our daily photos. Challenge yourself this week to get out there with your camera and snap a photo of an unsuspecting stranger or two that you find interesting.

I chose this photo because I think it tells a story.  Doesn't it make you wonder what all these folks are looking at?  I took my photo opposite from the crowd and captured them all looking up with their phones and cameras in their hands.  So what do you think is going on?  I took this last year in Prague (you know, when we could travel!)  The crowd is looking up at the astronomical clock in the town square.  At the top of each hour the procession of the Twelve Apostles sets in motion.  You'll always find a crowd there taking in the scene.

As you're out and about today, photograph a stranger or scene that you think tells a story.
