This week we are going to give Long Exposure a try!
This technique gives photos with movement a creative edge: making water smooth, lights trail, and motion blur.
I highly recommend a quick google search if you're not familiar with the process. The key is a stable camera either with a tripod or resting on something, an aperture of f/16 or smaller, a slow shutter from 1/2 to 1/8, and a moving subject.
Long exposure does require patience whether you are a beginner, or a seasoned photographer so don't be discouraged. We have all week!
