Today is all about the colour black.  You get to decide if you want to take a picture of something black or convert your photograph to black and white.  Just for fun, take two shots: one in black and white and one with the black item as the focus of the picture. Decide which picture you prefer.  Show us your preference or show us both!

For my photograph of "beneficial" I chose a black hat (which is most beneficial won't you agree?) I liked the playfulness of the black hat and fake moustache against the red shirt and sheriff's badge, but I liked the old-time drama my black and white produced too!
