As we come to both the end of this year, many of us are looking at reports that we have kept to make decisions about how we might go forward with things in the new year.   As we start seedlings in the greenhouse for the coming year, it is helpful to keep a report of planting dates, germination, time, bloom times, etc.

Do you keep a report of books read?  Recipes cooked?  Projects made?  Trips taken?  Maybe even items checked off of your bucket list?
