I had never had the opportunity to sit and watch a big Powwow before.  I attended a photography symposium and one of the side classes was to go photograph the ceremony.  What an experience!  The drums, the colors, the costumes and the beautiful people made it absolutely amazing.  I wish I knew more about the different dances and regalia associated with each dance.  These were older gentleman in this dance, beautiful dress and accoutrements, as all of the dancers exhibited.
