A pastry is defined as “an item of food consisting of sweet pastry with a cream, jam, or fruit filling.”  I am generally not a fan of cream fillings, but all bets are off when it comes to Bumpy Cake.  The Chocolate Fudge Bumpy Cake features rich Devil's food cake topped with buttercream bumps and draped in delicious fudge icing.  This cake is AMAZING!!!

IT is great when you have friends that live all over.  The Bumpy Cake is a regional specialty from Michigan.  I never would have known about it if I hadn’t been given a Bumpy Cake as gift by an amazing friend who lives in Michigan.
