Two and half years ago if someone had told me that running would become part of my daily routine and that I would smile about it, I would have laughed hysterically. Yet, part of my routine now is to run nearly every day. I began running in an effort to take care of my physical self. Now, I am eager for my daily runs just as much for my mental well-being.
