You might think, what has this photo to with nourishment?  Well, I thought I would go to the source, I walk the fields at least once a week and with the sun shining on the crops it does make for some great photos and really makes me happy!

This is a flax field, blue flowers for as far as you can see...well, to the Waterloo Lion in the distance!  Flax is used as a food and fibre.
