I have always had so much respect for those who work with their hands. I especially have an extreme respect for those who do incredible DIY projects. I attempt to do those myself and have gotten better and better at different things as I have gotten older. Staining wood is one of those DIY projects that I enjoy. It's amazing to see how the staining process brings out the beauty in the wood. Oh, the inventive minds who discovered how to make sheets of wood and then the one who discovered how to stain it so nicely - two more subjects I could go on about deserving respect!
