Nostalgia is best described as a sentimental feeling toward a time, place or object.  Choose something nostalgic to you and photograph it.  I loved finding this old trike with wooden blocks attatched to it.  It immediately brought back memories of my youth and what my Dad did to help me to master the art of bike riding.
