This week's theme is landscape photography, which covers a lot of photos with different sub themes--natural landscape, cityscape, urban landscape, abstract, to name just a few.
A few techniques to remember when taking landscape photos: Shoot with a small aperture preferable f/8 or smaller. Place your horizon on the upper third or the lower third. Keep the horizon straight where needed. Make use of the blue or golden hours, as this can transform the landscape completely. And also, be aware of camera shake. For a great photo, a tripod really does help.
