This year of prompts has really given me a much broader vocabulary range! Meritorious means 'deserving reward or praise.' Luna immediately came to mind with this definition because she absolutely strives to do just that - deserve a reward or praise. I am happy to give it as much as she likes, especially when she does such cute things like this rolling in the leaves.  And lucky for me, the leaves just happen to be orange.
