During Silver Week, is there anything more regal than a silver service set?  I inherited mine from my mother and she inherited it from hers, and she inherited it from hers so it has a long history.  I am quite certain that I am the only one who abuses it with neglect!  However, at Christmas time I am always committed to shining it up and making it part of my Christmas decor and table setting...more often as not as vases.
