To create layers of softness in this photo I used in-camera motion with a bouquet of flowers as my subject.   The movement gives a softness to the image by obscuring  the hard edges.  The rows of petals provide the layers.

What comes to your mind when you think of layers of softness?  It could be a pile of blankets, a basket of children's stuffed toys, or even a ball of yarn.  However you decide to capture it in your photo today, try and include some yellow in your photo.
