The Christmas season is the perfect time for an evergreen scented candle.  I like sitting in our dark living room with the Christmas lights and a lit candle providing the only light.  It's a great time to just sit back and relax from all the hullabaloo of the season.  

For this photo I've used framing in a more concrete sense.  The candle is framed by the Christmas ornaments gathered around it.  The bokeh in the background also provides a frame for the candle.

For some it may be a tad early for Christmas decorations for others, it can never be too soon.  Regardless of where you stand, take a moment out of your day today to light a candle and relax.
