I decided to convert a photo to black and white for today's photo instead of photographing something actually black and white.  It's how I decided to interpret this week's theme of black and white!

An artist here in Ottawa does these rock sculptures on the shores of the river.  They are done solely by balancing the rocks in certain formations.  Interpreting what they are is solely in the eye of the beholder.  In the winter they are knocked down and in the Spring, he starts his sculptures all over again.
