Jam the noun or jam the verb?  You choose.  Since we are working in black and white this week, I went with the verb because black and white did not do justice to freshly canned jars of jam.  So instead, you get my husnband "jamming" the beater of cookie dough into his mouth.  

However you interpret today's prompt, make sure that photographing in black and white still tells your story.
