I think that windsurfing is a fabulous sport to photograph, especially if the windsurfers come close to land.  It is a sport lavish in colour, and some of the moves are sumptuously rich!

All sports are lavish in some way or another.  If you don't have windsurfers in sight, try finding a runner with a lavish shirt, or even just someone just walking in outlandish clothes.
