I wasn’t sure how I was going to capture a petal for today’s prompt because when it’s February in Minnesota, everything is dormant! Thank goodness for the creative team who gave me suggestions to get my creative juices flowing.

 We don’t always have the opportunity to capture a typical “beautiful” something, but remember that you will always have the opportunity to capture what’s beautiful from your day.  

These petals are from my lilac bush, which is my absolute favorite when it blooms in the spring.  I look forward to the lovely fragrance and beautiful petals it produces each year.
