I have always enjoyed taking photos and capturing my family and vacations. I received my first DSLR in 2014 and was determined to shoot in manual mode. I started my first 365 Photography Project in January 2015. That experience not only taught me to shoot in manual, but it gave me the confidence to start a photo business for charity that keeps me busy and fulfilled in my retirement. It was a leap of faith to join Amy, Lee and Kris in starting 365 Picture Today back in 2020. It humbles me everyday to be a part of such an amazing community. I enjoy hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. I live in Southeast Virginia with my husband, Mark and we have 3 grown children and 9 grandchildren. I retired from NASA in 2016 after 37 years of service. Life is good!
